He is survived by: his wife Kim Franklin; his sons, Nathan Franklin and Christopher Franklin; and his siblings, Sandy Franklin, Tammy Wagner (John) and Steve Franklin (Jeanne).
Visitation was held on Monday, September 28th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Newcomer Funeral Home (4752 Heatherdowns Blvd, Toledo, OH 43614). A memorial service was held on Monday, September 28th 2026 from 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Newcomer - Sw Chapel (4752 Heatherdowns Blvd, Toledo, OH 43614).
