He was predeceased by: his wife Ruth V. Schwartz (Werman); his sister Shirley Gehring; and his parents, Fred Schwartz and Selma Schwartz (Hill). He is survived by: his children, Fred Schwartz Jr. (Debby), Melissa Piscitello (Joseph), Robin Schwartz and Tracy Schwartz (Michael); and his grandchildren, Michael Schwartz, Stephanie Saviano, Noelle Piscitello-Oliver (Jordan), Sofia, Ava Piscitello, Kara Rose Martin (Michael) and Michael Scardelletti (Abby). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
