Jeanne R. (Ladwig) Schimmelmann Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Jeanne R. (Ladwig) Schimmelmann of Wickliffe, Ohio, born in Cleveland, Ohio, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on December 16, 2025 at the age of 77. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid adieu to Jeanne's earthly form, let us not dwell on the void left in her wake, but rather celebrate the legacy of love and inspiration Jeanne has bequeathed us. For though she may have departed from our sight, her spirit remains a timeless beacon, guiding loved ones through the labyrinth of life's journey.
She was predeceased by: her husband John E. "Jack" Schimmelmann; and her parents, Howard Ladwig and Margaret Ladwig (Andrews). She is survived by: her daughter Julie Schimmelmann; and her brothers, Howard "Bill" Ladwig Jr. (Carol) and Chuck Ladwig (Memie). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Family suggests in lieu of flowers, contributions be made to Bethel Lutheran Church campaign of gratitude fund.
