She was predeceased by: her parents, Jack Ryder and Marie Ryder; her husband John J. Augustine; and her siblings, Patricia (O'Brien), John Ryder and Jacquiline Ryder.
She is survived by: her children, Julie Loyke (Christopher), Mary Farrell (Kevin), John Jr. Augustine (Patty), Andrew Augustine (Lisa) and Michael Augustine (Megan); her grandchildren, Brian, Ashley, Christina, Michael, Kimberly, Daniel, Joshua, Kevin, Jenna, Nicole, Jason, Bryan, Jackie, Drew, Zachary, Justin and Rachel; and her siblings, James Ryder and Janet Cherne (Ryder).
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made in Judy's honor to St. Vincent DePaul Society of Our Lady of Mount Carmel Parish in Wickliffe, Ohio.
