He was loved and cherished by many people including : his wife Karen; his children, Lisa Brannen (Chris), William Perusek (Kristen), Jena Lawniczak (Jay), Amy Grentzer, Michael Ziska, Brian Perusek (Heather) and Amanda Pinkas (David); and his siblings, Marie, Tina, Michelle, Joseph and James Perusek.

A Mass of Christian burial was held on Wednesday, May 1st 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Church (29850 Euclid Ave, Wickliffe, OH 44092).
