He is survived by: his wife Mary Ann; his children, Cindy Allen (Stu), Tiffany Scholes, Rob Acker (Charlene) and Bethany Padgett; his grandchildren, Leah Moore, Samantha Acker, Hunter Nichols, Dylan Nichols and Carson Allen; and his great grandchild Ashton Nichols.
