He is survived by: his children, Glen Melick (Donna), Ronald Melick (Dionicia), Evelyn Spears, David Melick, Julie Hodges (Paul), Shawn Melick, Cheryl Brooks (Shawn) and Todd Melick; and his grandchildren, Matthew, Hannah, Jacob, Erin, Brock, Jeremy, Joshua, Nicole, Michael, Christopher, Adam and Tyler. He is also survived by many great grandchildren.
