He was predeceased by: his parents, Phillip Missler and Theresa Missler (Reiderman); his wife Patricia "Pat" Missler; his daughter Deborah Missler; his daughter-in-law Janet Missler; and his siblings, Clinton Missler, Marvin Missler, Eugene Missler and Marjorie Carroll.
He is survived by: his children, Susan M. Kiss of Willoughby, Ohio, John M. Missler (Lou Ann) of Willard, Ohio, Dennis A. Missler of Willard, Ohio and Brian P. Missler (Paige) of Portsmouth, Ohio; his grandchildren, Katherine Kiss, Breanna Brown (Owen), Jaiden Missler and Sagan Porter (Austin); his great grandchildren, Harrison Brown, Callahan Brown, Preston Porter and Ledger Porter; and his siblings, Gerald Missler and Violet Jacobs. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
