She is survived by: her husband Terry Lynn Perkins; her children, Amy Rachelle McFarland (Don McFarland), Aaron Lynn Perkins (Allison) and Andrea Jean Goff (Ken Goff); her siblings, Theresa Kaye Perkins (Eddie Lee Perkins) and James E. Horne Jr. (Joy); her grandchildren, Brittany Marie Schneider (Gerard Schneider), Shawn James Gayheart (Jen), Seth Thomas Gayheart, Matthew Edward McFarland, Jordyn Taylor Zervos (Nick Zervos), Victoria Rose Goff (Carmen Montero), Henry James Perkins and Maxwell Jude Perkins; and her great grandchildren, Hunter, Scarlet, Isaiah, Dylan, Bentley, Ellie and Huxley.
