He was predeceased by: his parents, Arlie Barnett and Katie Barnett (Conley); and his siblings, Luetta Collins (Barnett), Maxine Cole (Barnett), Jeweldene Newberry (Barnett), Irene Heydinger (Barnett) and Edwin Barnett.
He is survived by: his wife Geneva "Jenny" Barnett; his children, Brittany Barnett, Brooke Adams (Derrick) and Brandie Johnson (Timothy); his grandchildren, Jakob, Mollie, Zoey, Mary-Kate, Joshua, Lucas, Oliver, Harley, Andre, Beatrice, Elijah, Eleanor, Evelyn and Isaac; and his siblings, Dan Barnett (Janet), Michael Barnett (Hazel), Elaine Steele (Roger) and Belinda Barnett.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, September 30th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 12:30 PM at the Secor Funeral Home (202 W Maple St, Willard, OH 44890). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, September 30th 2026 at 12:30 PM at the same location.
Memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude Chldren's Hospital.
