James F. Daniel Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of James F. Daniel of Willard, Ohio, who passed away on May 4, 2026 at the age of 85. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Herman Daniel and Mildred Daniel (Sherwood); and his brothers, Herman Jr., Kenneth, Milton "Red" and Norman "Shorty" Daniel.
He is survived by: his wife Garnetta A. Daniel (Phillips); his children, Tammy Beard (Joshua) of Attica, John Daniel (Heidi Slone) of New Washington and Brian Daniel of Attica; and his grandchildren, Madison Beard, Walker Daniel and DJ Slone. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, May 8th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Secor Funeral Home (202 W Maple St, Willard, OH 44890). A funeral Mass was held on Saturday, May 9th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the St. Gaspar Del Bufalo Catholic Church.
Memorial contributions may be made to Pontifical College Josephinum.
