He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph J. Fulton and Jean Fulton (Hansman); his brother Joseph R. Fulton II; his brother-in-law Gregory McKown; his parents-in-law, Doris and Edsel Gullett; and his sisters-in-law, Charlene Egner and Winnie Gullett.
He is survived by: his wife Claudette Fulton (Gullett); his children, Arlette Davis (Bryant), Sarah Johnson (Aaron) and John "JD" Fulton; his grandchildren, Charlie, Autumn, Andrew, Abby, Grace, Emma, Sam, Thai and Wan; his great grandchildren, Walter, Calliope and Oliver; his siblings, Susan McKown, Becky Gremmer (Tom) and Bill Fulton (Mary); his sisters-in-law, Rosemary Fulton, D'Aunn Sallee (Ronnie), Mickey Gullett and Karen Ludban; and his aunt Maxine Robinson. He is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces and nephews.
