He is survived by: his children, Joey Allen Garcia of Loudonville, James Wade Garcia of Willard, Ohio and Barbara Sue Refuerzo (Jeffery) of Cleveland, Tennessee; his grandchildren, Danielle Hughes, Erica Garcia, Bobby Joe Garcia, Sara Garcia, Michael Refuerzo, Jessica Refuerzo and Dara Shade; his brother Macario "Mac" Garcia (Alice) of Willard, Ohio; his sister-in-law Bonnie Snyder (Jim); and his nieces and nephews, Christy Snyder, Cory Snyder and Lisa Myers.
