She was predeceased by: her parents, Emily Salyers and Hager Dyer; her husband Eugene Watkins; her daughter Emily Ellen Watkins; and her brother Gene Dyer.

She is survived by: her children, Sue Swert (Jerry), Debbie Brinson (Terrell) and Ron Watkins; and her grandchildren, Terrah Holcomb (Benjie), Erica Dickinson (Kevin), Ashley Snyder (Scott), Tyler Brinson (Diana), Brandon Watkins (Bonnie) and Jacob Watkins (Heather).

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Buckeye Hospice and Palliative Care.
