He was predeceased by: his parents, Woodrow Watts and Marian Watts; his parents-in-law, Hager and Nora Purcell; his siblings, Nick Watts and Susanne Watts Beck; and his siblings-in-law, Maxine Lillo, Georgia Zoll, Bonnie Morris, Robert Hillman, Gerald Lillo, Richard Zoll and Richard Morris.
He is survived by: his significant other Jeanie Watts; and his siblings-in-law, Randall Beck of North Pole, AK, Ginny Hillman of Port Clinton, OH, Shirley Purcell of Shelby, OH, Kathy Inmon (Bill) of Dandridge, TN and Dr. Boyd Purcell of Dunbar, WV. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, friends.
A celebration of life was held on Friday, March 28th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Crescent Beach Baptist Church. A graveside service was held on Saturday, July 12th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Greenwood Cemetery (3096 OH-99, Willard, OH 44890).
