She was predeceased by: her parents, Russell Stephens and Ruby Stephens (Lykins); and her siblings, Chris and Teresa. She is survived by: her husband Jackie D. Slone; her children, Josh Stephens (Shawntel), Dara Sizemore (Harold), Brianna Walz (Matthew) and Jacob Slone (Hailey); and her siblings, Rhonda, Joyce, Johnnie, Lisa and Sheila. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren.
