He is survived by: his children, Richard Chase II (Jean) of Celeryville, Ohio and Ginny Chase of Willard; his grandchildren, Brad Chase (Mako) of Kyoto and Amy Chase Ashley (Joel) of Canal Winchester, Ohio; and his sisters, Grace Chase Vance and Dorothy "Dottie" Chase Turner. He is also survived by sister-in-law and two brothers-in-law, nieces and nephews.
