With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Sandra Lynn (McDowell) Polachek of Willard, Ohio, who passed away on March 5, 2024 at the age of 77. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her birth mother Della Elick; her stepmother Betty Sharpless; and her stepson Donald Polachek (Eddie). She is survived by : her children, Angela Polachek of Upper Sandusky, Michele Polachek (Berny Reyes) of Clinton and Michael Polachek (Kristina) of Norwalk; her grandchildren, Kathryn Polachek-Sneider, Connor Polachek and Lydia Polachek; her stepgrandchildren, Cody Polachek (Karina) and Maraya Polachek; and her brother Robert Trivetti-Salvat (Rob).
