He is survived by: his wife Maria Mullins; his children, Timothy Scott Mullins, Karla Romero, Karina Romero and Renee Romero; and his brothers, John Justice (Diane) of Shiloh, James Mullins (Becky) of Crestline, Harold Mullins (Faye) of Mansfield and Mark Mullins (Elizabeth) of Norwalk. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
