He was predeceased by: his parents, Columbus "Lummie" Sexton and Laurnea Sexton (Miller); his wife Chelsea Sexton (Barton); his children, Marcella Ayres, Arvis Sexton and Tim Sexton; and his siblings, Milford Sexton, Lowell Sexton, Clovis Sexton, Alton Sexton, Ressie Reed, Avanell Collins, Naomi Tussey, Ellen Shepherd, Eugil Sexton and Alma Sexton.
He is survived by: his sons, Logan Sexton (Melinda) of Seminary, MS, Volon Sexton (Nancy) of Arlington, TN, Travon Sexton (Sandy) of Stuart, FL and Van Sexton (Jeanette) of Willard; his daughter-in-law Sandra Sexton of Mansfield, OH; and his daughter Narda Osborne (Randy) of Vacaville, CA. He is also survived by grandchildren and great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
