He was predeceased by: his parents, Clyde Ratliff and Minnie Ratliff; his siblings, Garry Ratliff, Elizabeth Sherwood and Louella King; his siblings' children, Kathy Greer and Ryan King; and his godson Ryan Wasniak.
He is survived by: his wife Jackie Ratliff (O'Brien); his children, Jason Ratliff (Dawn) and Jamie Krabill (Bill); his grandchildren, Nicholas Ratliff, Taylor Ratliff and Olivia Krabill; his sister Carol Eastman; his siblings-in-law, Mick O'Brien (Sandi) and Ann Ratliff; and his sibling's children, Kelly Hicks and Tom O'Brien. He is also survived by many other nieces and nephews; and many special friends.
