He is survived by: his children, Stephanie Naegel (Brett) of Williamsburg, Laura Hanselman (Randy) of Georgetown and Adam Utter (Salena) of Williamsburg, Ohio; his grandchildren, Elaina Naegel, Ellie, Rylee Hanselman, Greysen and Declan Utter; his siblings, Mark Utter (Tammy) of St. George, Utah and Joyce Magnum of Las Vegas, Nevada; his cousin Kathy Sammons; and his close friend Bonnie Vance of Milford. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
