She was predeceased by: her parents, Leroy Hale and Eileen Hale; her son Tommy Lay; and her siblings, Lawson Hale, Mary Catherine and Dianna Lynn.
She is survived by: her brothers, Ronald Ray Hale and Michael Hale; her children, Carolyn Stout-Stone (Michael) and David Lay (Brianna); her grandchildren, Alicia Stout Reifenberger (Sean), Steven Stout Jr. (Kayla) and Nicholas Stout (Carmen); and her great grandchildren, Kara, Maci, Ella, Calli, Kinleigh, Kendrick, Karter, Beau and Jamie.
A memorial service will be held on Sunday, October 26th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Crossing Church (4359 E Bauman Ln, Batavia, OH 45103).
