He is survived by: his wife Rosa Ruggles (Norris); his children, Heather Ruggles of Covington, John Ruggles (Amber) of Hutto and Robert Ruggles of Williamsburg, Ohio; his grandchildren, Christopher Leamon, Andrew Chaltain, Kaela Ruggles, Kade Jeter, Jackson Ruggles and Jase Ruggles; and his siblings, Faye Harbottle of Williamsburg, Diane Turner of Mt, Don Ruggles (Jamie) of Mt and Sharon Ruggles of Williamsburg. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, family and friends.
