He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack (Sally Arwine) and Michael; and his brothers, Bob, Jim, Jack and Bill.
He is survived by: his wife Angela Arwine; his children, Melissa Honsaker (Jay), Mike Arwine Jr. (Kim) and Adam Arwine (Michelle); his grandchildren, Steve, Tyler, Ashley, Madison, Hailey, Kelsey, Lindsey and Kayla; and his siblings, Tom and Sally.
