He is survived by: his spouse Mary-Jo Lindemann-Applegate; his stepchild Cherilyn Caramela-Lindemann (Kimberly) of Jacksonville; his son Timothy Applegate of Georgetown; his brother Jim Applegate; his cousin John Walker (Lucy) of Mt. Orab; and his pets, Blackie, Tyke, Tabby, Buster and Tia.
A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, October 7th 2026 at 10:30 AM at the Williamsburg Cemetery (824 Gay St, Williamsburg, OH 45176).
