He was predeceased by: his parents, Homer Preston and Welma Elizabeth Windell (Wade); and his brother Ronald Windell. He is survived by: his children, Nicholas (Kristin) and Chase Windell (Marylou); his sisters, Joyce Thirion (James) and Barbara Morrison; and his grandchildren, Damion Windell (Ruth Lingler), Angel, Grayson and Sawyer Windell.
A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, October 14th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Orwell N. Cemetery Chapel (135 N Maple St, Orwell, OH 44076).
