He was predeceased by: his parents, Dan Moffatt and Betty Logan; and his sister Daphne Winchell. He is survived by: his children, Trisha Hopkins (Lonnie), Jessica Moffatt and Jason Moffatt; his siblings, David Moffatt (Marsha), Delores Knowles (Keith), Danette Wilber (Gorden), Debbie Free and Doralean Hoffstetter (Leonard); his grandchildren, Austin Hopkins (Maria), Morgan Roberts (Austin), Lincon Hopkins, Ashlyn Hopkins, Clarissa Post, Ariana Post, Jason Moffatt, John Post, Mason Moffatt, Kaden Moffatt, Maya Hollenbaugh, Michael Hollenbaugh and Jarren Hollenbaugh; his great grandchildren, Houston Hopkins, Espy Roberts, Tate Hopkins and Sadie Bush; his nephew Bruce Tauche; and his pet King.
A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 24th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Wayne Town Hall (3280 US-322, Williamsfield, OH 44093).
