He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul E. Tabor and Agnes I. Tabor (Miller); his granddaughter Katie Baisden (Tabor); his great grandchild Jocelynn Tabor; and his sister Sue Szewczyk.
He is survived by: his children, Darla G. Bates (Dennis) of Williamsfield, OH, Jill M. Mekeal (Mike) of Munroe Falls, OH, Lynn A. Tabor (Jackie) of Williamsfield, OH and James C. Tabor (Lori) of Williamsfield, OH; his sister Lana Muir of Kinsman, OH; his grandchildren, Bill Bates (Rebecca), Becky Gray (Chris), Angie Lemons (Jared), Randy Tabor (Montana) of David Baisden, JC, Nicole Blascak (Stephen) and Andrew Mekeal; and his great grandchildren, Jackson, Elliott, Abigail, Allyson, Raegan, Ryanne, Grayson, Charlotte, Brooklyn, Mia, Matthew, Colt, Loretta and Oliver.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, June 4th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Baumgardner Funeral Homes - Andover (134 Prospect St, Andover, OH 44003). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, June 4th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Baumgardner Funeral & Cremation Service (134 Prospect St, Andover, OH 44003). A burial will be held on Wednesday, June 4th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Williamsfield Center Cemetery (7867 OH-7, Williamsfield, OH 44093).
