She was predeceased by: her husband George Smith; her child Thomas G (Mary McPhee); her parents, Roy Carlson and Louise Carlson; and her sisters, Doris Eckert (late Robert) of James Carlson, D. D. S and Mary Lou.
She is survived by: her children, Susan LaRiche (Ronald), Cynthia (Columbo), DiTomaso (Fred) and Sally Ward (Dubber "James"); and her brother Roy "Os" Calson.
