He was predeceased by : his parents, Franc and Jozefa; and his sister Mara Rudl (Mike). He is survived by : his wife Rita; his son Robert C. Skebe (Allyson); his granddaughters, Leah and Anna Skebe; his siblings, Janez, Francka Dukaric and Franc (Pepca); and his pet Spella.

Visitation was held on Monday, May 13th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the DeJohn Flynn Mylott Funeral Home - Willoughby Hills (28890 Chardon Rd, Willoughby Hills, OH 44092). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Tuesday, May 14th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Collinwood Catholic Church (15519 Holmes Ave, Cleveland, OH 44110).
