He was predeceased by: his wife Janet Immel Clark; his son Jim; and his parents, Lloyd Clark and Esther Clark. He is survived by: his sons, Dwight Clark (Nancy) of Bay Village, Ohio and Scott Clark (Leslie) of Newburyport, Massachusetts; his grandchildren, Mindy Bower, Brett and Mackenzie Clark; his great grandchildren, Maisie, Fletcher and Graham Bower; Gordon and Roger.

In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to Bay United Methodist Church, for a new fund established in his name, to benefit the Church Choir.
