She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Edith Girbino and Mike Girbino; her brother Carl Girbino (Lois); her nephew Michael Girbino; her niece Lauren Girbino; her great-niece Liza; her great-nephew Che; her brother-in-law Rick Carter (Julia Schaff); her husband William "Bill" Carter; Bill McGee.

In lieu of flowers, Rosanne's wish was for donations to be made to the Humane Society.
