He was predeceased by: his grandson John Adam; his parents, John and Caroline; and his siblings, James Madormo, Parma Miles, Ralph, Leonard, Joseph and Frank Madormo.
He is survived by: his wife Mary; his children, Deborah Farrar (Michael), Mary Ann Levand (Daniel), Anthony (Kathleen) and Richard (Joan); his grandchildren, Erin Anselmo (Dominic), Nicole Young (David), Ryan Farrar, Jason (Jeri), Danielle (Jacob Hurley), Steven Levand, Alyse, Nicholas, Victor (Tara Despirito), Alex and Taylor Madormo; and his great grandchild Lily Grace Anselmo.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 10th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the DeJohn Flynn Mylott Funeral Home - Willoughby Hills (28890 Chardon Rd, Willoughby Hills, OH 44092).
