She was predeceased by: her parents, Ernest Mollica and Margaret Mollica; her husband William R. Bartok; her grandmother Amanda Gumbert (Sam); and her siblings, Joseph Mollica (Regina) and Carmella Mollica.
She is survived by: her sons, William J. Bartok (MaryAnn) and Michael Bartok (Wendy); her great grandchild Bella Rose; her daughter-in-law Kathy Bartok; her niece Regina Laurita; her nephew Joseph Mollica (Lisa); and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Mario (Ashley), Gino and Gianna.
