She was predeceased by: her parents, Stanley Surdy and Anne Surdy (Reifke); and her siblings, Carol Pettican and James Surdy. She is survived by: her husband Robert "Bob" Pampush; her children, Juli Gembus (Jeffery), Karen Pampush and Matthew Pampush (Adison); her grandchildren, Isabella, Max, Zac Gembus, Ashtone, Peyeton and Raygynn Pampush; and her child Halloween.
