He was predeceased by: his wife Joanne M. Dugan; and his parents, William S. Dugan and Margaret Dugan. He is survived by: his children, Ann Marie Dugan (Doug Luther) of Leroy, Angela Marie Tyler (Michael) of Willoughby Hills, Charles Thomas Dugan (Kris) of Euclid and Annette Marie Young (Robert) of Leroy; and his grandchildren, Cassandra, Eric, Adam, Lauren and Nicholas.
