He is survived by: his fiancé Lindsay Perusek; his children, Dean Perusek and Lucy Gietano; his parents, David Gietano and Karen Gietano; his sister Amanda Walsh (Tim); his stepbrother Jason Beharry; his grandmother Helen Gietano; his nieces and nephews, Logan Walsh, Mason Walsh, Sgt. Alex Beharry (Elizabeth) and Madison Beharry; his aunts and uncles, Jeff Kleve (Kim) and Leslie Edwards (Chris); his cousins, Tracy Onderdonk (Bo) and Ryan Kleve; and his godparents, Gloria Kleve, Rich and Sue Perusek. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations to the family will be accepted and sent to the National Adrenal Diseases Foundation (NADF), in Cory's name.
