She is survived by: her husband Herb Haines; her children, Renee Haines (Jim Barnes), Randal (Tamara), Ryan (Amy), Bryan and Shawn (Amanda); her grandchildren, Jim Barnes (Bernadette), Summer, Alexandria, Kaitlyn, Shawn, Jr. and Levi; and her great grandchildren, Joey and Adrianna.
In lieu of flowers, the family has requested that donations be made in Denise's honor to Kirtland Christian Fellowship.
