He is survived by: his children, Douglas (Stefanie), Donald (Colleen), Karen Fairbanks (David), Dean (Cheryl) and David (Tracey); his grandchildren, Jennifer Maheu (Troy), Lisa Koller, Doug Koller (Alyse), Dan Koller (Elissa), Geoffrey Koller (Samantha), Gregory Koller (Juliet), Michael Koller (Maria), Abigail Fairbanks, Kathryn Lakatos (Tibor), Evan Fairbanks, Andrew Koller (Allison), Eric Koller, Jamie Koller and Jake Koller; and his brother Richard.
