She was predeceased by: her parents, Rev. Gerard Kohn and Arline Kohn (Giesiking); her husband Albert Jr.; and her brothers, Richard and John Kohn.
She is survived by: her daughters, Jennifer Simmons (Patrick), Ann Profitt (Jeremy) and Allyson; her grandchildren, Chase, Rylee Profitt, Lucas, Amelia and Jacob Simmons; and her sisters, Virginia Urbanek (Tom Willard), Margaret Gilbert (Steven), Patricia Fox and Barbara Modney (Gary). She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.
