He was predeceased by: his wife Gaynell Ruth Baker; his brother Richard Baker; his parents, Harland Baker and Virginia Baker; and his sister-in-law Jean Larsen.
He is survived by: his children, Eric Harland Baker (Jamie), Kirsten Lynn Sayle (Greg) and Beth Gaynell Duffy (Dan); his grandchildren, Allie, Lucian, Jenna, Johnny, Will, Kelsey, Kylie, Maddie, Lilly, Jessie and Katie; his brother Ronald Baker (Lori); and his siblings-in-law, Mary Lou Baker and Edward Larsen. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations in Harland's name to National Parks Conservation Association.
