She was predeceased by: her husband Howard James Theiling; her daughter Nancy Theiling; her parents, Olaf Gunvalsen and Gerda Gunvalsen; and her siblings, Arnold, Robert, Edith and Evie.

She is survived by: her children, Susan Minor and Jim Theiling (Shelly); her grandchildren, Matthew Minor (Tali), Marissa Minor, Molly Theiling and Alexander Theiling; and her great grandchildren, Taysia, Zev and Noa. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
