It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Kathleen Therese Malec (Willoughby, Ohio), who passed away on June 1, 2025, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband George N. Malec; her parents, Francis Brown and Katherine Brown; and her brothers, Deane and Dale Brown.
She is survived by: her children, Mary, Carlowitz, George Malec (Aven), Jeanine Fontes (Scott), Gwen Lewis (Juan), Nell Ginley (Dennis) and Megan Fennell (Dave); and her siblings-in-law, Lois Brown, Marianne Malec, Jan Malec and Tom Malec. She is also survived by 23 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family is requesting that donations be made to the Francis D. Curran Endowment Fund at Immaculate Conception or to the Hospice of the Western Reserve.
