She was predeceased by: her parents, Elmer Bicker and Dorothy Bicker (Corlett); her husband Ray Strater; her brother Bill Bicker; her granddaughter Jenne Lubecky; and her great grandchild Cory Lastoria.
She is survived by: her children, Ray Strater Jr., David Schmucker (Loretta), Kim Lastoria (Mike) and Lynn Marshall (Chuck); her sister Gail Rye (Richard); her grandchildren, Bob Lubecky (Deana), Jessika Augustin (Bryan), Eric Steinley, Scott Schmucker and April Schmucker; her great grandchildren, Brianna Lubecky, Brayden Lubecky, Vivian Augustin, Lydia Schmucker and Lindsey Prososki; her nieces and nephews, Cheryl Rye, Nicole Rye-Newman (Ron), Madison Newman and Jake Newman; and her great great grandchildren, Liam Bergmann, Shane Woods and Enzo Woods.
A celebration of life will be held on Friday, June 27th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the Osborne Community Plaza (36855 Ridge Rd, Willoughby, OH 44094).
In lieu of flowers, donations in Lucia's memory may be made to Habitat for Humanity 34071 Vine Street Eastlake Ohio 44095.
