Patricia A. McNeilly Obituary

With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Patricia A. McNeilly (Willoughby, Ohio), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on May 6, 2026 at the age of 89. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

Though her name may fade from the lips of time, the imprint Patricia leaves upon the hearts of her loved ones remains eternally vivid — a testament to the depth of her spirit and the richness of her legacy.

She was predeceased by: her husband Earl "Mac" E. McNeilly; and her parents, Ralph Mackey and Irene Mackey. She is survived by: her children, Chris McNeilly (Ann) and Melissa "Missy" McNeilly; and her granddaughters, Elizabeth and Emma McNeilly.
