He was predeceased by: his parents, Peter and Rita; and his brother Paul. He is survived by: his wife Elayne; his grandchildren, Kristen Bartzen (Josh), PJ, Tate, Charlie and Cole; his children, Lauren Perlstein (Ted), Violet, Sam, Ryan Plungas (Patricia), Noah, Ben, David Plungas (Traci), Viola, Isla and Julia Plungas (Joey Deitrick); and his brother Gary (Josie). He is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
