Phyllis Smith Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Phyllis Smith (Willoughby, Ohio), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on August 16, 2025 at the age of 96. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Vera Ellen (Van Horn) and Cyrus John William Luttrell; her sister Joan; her children, Lisa McGregor Johnston, Gaby Ritchie, Linn Bowen (Geoff), Kim Lubel, Jeff Smith (Heather) and Cynthia Cata (Carlos); her grandchildren, Drew and Maggie Murphy (Linn); her children, Grace (John Harrington), Caroline, Broden Bowers (Kim), Grant, Madison, Lauren Smith (Jeff), Elena, Ian and Nathan Cata (Cynthia); and her great grandchild Maya Ellen Harrington.
