He is survived by: his children, Diane Ballard (Michael) and Keith Lockhart (Melinda); his grandchildren, April Troglauer (Frank Jr.), Ryan Ballard (Erica), Dr. Jonathan Lockhart (Ashley), Jessica Lockhart, Dr. Madelaine Huntley and Samuel Huntley; and his great grandchildren, Cayleigh Ballard and Zachary Lockhart.
