He is survived by: his wife Chris Sullivan; his children, Mary Sullivan, Patrick Sullivan (Kelly) and Katie Murphy (Paul); his grandchildren, Connor, Brogan, Declan, Avery, Patrick, Gwen and Quinn; and his siblings, Jack Sullivan, Irene Sullivan, Bonnie Sullivan, Mark Sullivan (Cathy) and Tom Sullivan (Barb). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
